Fluorine Substitution Effects on the Reactions of Ethyl Groups on Cu(100):alpha-Elimination vs. beta-Elimination
碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 化學系研究所 === 93 === 表面化學領域中,研究過渡金屬單晶表面上吸附態乙基(C2H5)之反應,已有相當多的報導。其共識為β-H消去(β-elimination)形成乙烯(C2H4)脫附是主要反應路徑。本研究則以不同程度氟取代的乙基(ethyl):CF3CF2-、CHF2CF2-、CF3CHF-、CF3CH2-及CH3CH2-作為對照,吸附在Cu(100)單晶面上以程溫反應/脫附(TPR/D)實驗探討反應機構,結果顯示前兩種樣品先進行α-F消去形成Ethylidene表面中間體,前者再自身偶合於350K生成CF3-CF=CF-CF3,而後者偶合於30...
