Communicating between two sides frequently in recent years, the Taiwan trader invests in mainland enterprises to hold on day, the management of the human resources is the direct influencing benefit that the hotel manages even more. In the hotel manages, the main products are the service, And the personnel offering service are mainly the staff of the hotel, o the quality of manpower resources management has key influence factors to the thing that the hotel manages . After analyzing, the study find that:1) 1.Pay attention to the individual differences; 2)Strengthen the welfare system of the wages ; 3)Increase individuals of staff to show loving care for; 4)Increase quality of communicating; 5)Constant company''s fine organization''s culture; 6)Increase the cadre to lead , communicate between Taiwan and Mainland.
