After analyzing, the study find that：1) 1.Pay attention to the individual differences; 2)Strengthen the welfare system of the wages ; 3)Increase individuals of staff to show loving care for; 4)Increase quality of communicating; 5)Constant company''s fine organization''s culture; 6)Increase the cadre to lead , communicate between Taiwan and Mainland.
