We sample the Japanese vocabulary providing start-learners to quickly pick up and put them into teaching activities, with the purpose to test out the effectiveness. Methodology of this research is based on two stages: 1. Development: By means of literature analysis, field study, and expertise consultancy, we build up the vocabulary attributing with learning. 2. Experiment: With the result of development stage, the experiment is performed by quasi-experimental design. Questions are answered by means questionnaire assessing of teaching achievements, learning attitude, and semi-structured interviews. At the end we come up with conclusions when stages are completed. 1.There are at least 3552 words existing in Japanese vocabulary which people could pick up quickly with its pre-requisite knowledge. 2.The experimental group learns quickly is significant. Furthermore, we analyze the questionnaire and interviews of experimental group it is observed that people remain positive towards this quick learning way. According to the research, it is suggested that: 1.We can develop the material for self study and teaching with it. 2.The successive research could carry on with adult education. 3.All discussion, analysis, and findings within this research could be applied as back-up reference between Taiwan & Japan. 4.The research implies the connection between Taiwanese & Japanese, could be applied as reference for Taiwanese wording issues.
