Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系 === 93 === The objective of this research is to establish the in-site operational parameters of chemical oxidation treatment onto organic contaminated soils. Ozone is used to treat the gasoline and diesel contaminated soils in this study. Laboratory experiments were first conducted to define the experimental matrix for pilot tests. Then, the operational parameters were established from the pilot tests. Petroleum hydrocarbon removal rate of ozone aeration were evaluated. In the ozone treatment study, the removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbon in wet soil was higher than in dry one. The results also showed that the reducing rate rises with pH. The ozone aerating pattern will influenced the reducing rate of petroleum hydrocarbon. The reducing rate of petroleum hydrocarbon reduced when the petroleum contaminated increase in soils. The results of a simulated in-situ experiment showed that often 17 days ozone aeration, 1﹪petroleum contaminated soil could be remediated well. Howerer, the efficiency of ozone aeration was not good enough in 5﹪petroleum contaminated soil.
