The conclusions of this study are as following: 1.The nature frequency of the alloy of casting through cantilever beam experiment is between 210~250Hz, which is analyzed by first experiment modal analysis, and the alloy’s nature frequency range is remain the same after forging. 2.The damping ratio of the alloy of casting is 0.36 through the analysis of vibration damping ratio, and the damping ratio will rise obviously with the grain’s growth through solution treatment. 3.It is known through the analysis of vibration damping ratio that the material 's damping ratio after solution treatment is 0.98, the forging material ’s damping ratio after the solution treatment is 0.72,and the homogeneous forging material’s damping ratio after the solution treatment is 0.74. 4.The damping ratio of the alloy of casting through aging treatment is between 0.86~0.68, the damping ratio of the forging alloy of casting through aging treatment is between 0.78~0.62, and the damping ratio of the homogeneous forging alloy of casting through aging treatment is between 0.86~0.57, the damping ratio. 5.Trough the experiment modal analysis, the Young’s Modulus of the alloy of casting through solution treatment is between 39~41GPa, and the Young’s Modulus after forging adds to 45~49GPa Chih-Yeh Chao 趙志燁 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
