| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 93 === The world economy has been developed along with the trend of globalization and this has led to the quick changes of the worldwide economic structure. Therefore, each business needs to think of ways of innovation and the maintenance of its competitive advantages to follow the world trend and to survive. The software industry in recent years, “ Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP ”, is just the total solution to every kind of information requirements to all business. However, ERP system is expensive. The decision to install an ERP system necessitates a choice of mechanisms to determine whether an ERP system is needed, and once implemented, whether it is success. User satisfaction is one such evaluation mechanism. This research investigates the measurement of ERP user satisfaction of steel industry in Taiwan. The result of this study could be strategic reference for companies that intend to implement ERP systems. It could also help companies that have implemented ERP systems to choose the right maintenance strategy.
