The study is using photogrammetry and GIS technique to build the geological database of potential instability factors for landslide. Alongside establish the landslide potential hazard maps by GIS on the spatial overlapping method and estimate it. First of all, we analyze the potential hazard of landslide in the three terms for 1989, 2000 and 2004 by using the naturally environmental factors. The landslide potential hazard map appears the best sensitive being soil in 1989 and 2000,in 2004 is elevation. Second, we estimate the potential hazard of landslide by joining the factors of landuse and the distance to roads. We found that it is helpful to understand the sensitivity of potential hazard of landslide at the Mei-Nong reservoir watershed. Furthermore, we put the landslide data of the three terms together to estimate the potential hazard of landslide by using the naturally environment and human factors, it shows that the performance of sensitivity is more elaborate.
