A successful business must be aimed at the environment change to adjust business strategies, organization structure and further actively to creative the beneficial environment. Dynamic capability is the firm’s ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address rapidly changing environment. Therefore, the study is aimed at dynamic capability.
After inspecting related documents, finding that reflecting factors of dynamic capability were limited to some regions. Therefore, the study tried to use a series of knowledge management activities to survey dynamic capability. Expecting through the study the factors about reflecting dynamic capability can be more complete. The purpose of the study confers absorptive capacity and integrative capability effect dynamic capability and sustainable competitive advantage. IT mediates the nature of the relationship between integrative capability and dynamic capability, and can be the reference to promote the competitiveness of organizations. The study sends out 419 questionnaires in Hsinchu and Tainan science park, and 262 questionnaires were collected.
The major findings of this study are as follows:（1）Overall, the model fit is acceptable. This empirical result supports the relationships among the dynamic capability, absorptive capacity, integrative capability, and sustainable competitive advantage. （2）Absorptive capacity and integrative capability have a positive impact on dynamic capability.（3）Dynamic capability has a positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage（4）IT has a positive impact on dynamic capability.
