This research presents the scenery which the professional manager faces.The professional manager was hired by the company chairman of the board. As a result of some uncontrollable factors, the primary attempt of "New vision molds new enterprise culture" was not achieved.Based on the problem investigation & observation processed together with exterior consultant, 3 issues in this case company were detected, independency, the controllability, the customer satisfaction.In pursuit of the assurance of enterprise management, a 2nd change was activated based on "the discovery the turning point for organization improvement " . This time the “quality” is the focus of the Sowing stage based on the strategy of controllable faces.During this stage, the Total quality management system was constructed by QS9000 authentication , a comprehensive performance MBO lays the foundation of the Proposal system which in return is the sublimation of the former.This paper has done a detailed inspection and induction analysis in the course of those significant events by the action methodology to interpret how those measures may contribute to the management performance,Hopefully it will be of some value to those who try to process organizational changes.
This research proposed following suggestion for your reference:1. Change activities plan: What does a change agent must know before the change is started? At first he must determine the enterprise value, what actions should the enterprise take to survive? what are the core contribution and values to the customer, the enterprise, the staff and society? The organization must restart with the strategy execution , thus remolds the organization values, its vision and the mission。2. Change organization: The enterprise resources like fund, the equipment and so on have its limit, only the manpower is the infinite potential. But "the person may be the question solution, also possibly is the question manufacturer". How flexibly can the manager their action according to circumstances is the key to the success。3. Change leadership: The change agent must grasp present situation of resources, proceeds in an orderly way in terms of the degree and measures of change, carefully plan the final boundary and goal of the change。4. Change activities execution: Both Change activities and improvement activities moves and improves activities proceed together. The manager carries out the key steps which are critical to the success of change。5. The interaction between business owners and change agent (professional manager): Success operation in the board of directors: The interaction between business owners and professional manager must possess following characteristics : The goal is concrete , the information flow is clear, the communication is unhindered, the decision-making is transparent, the authorization and the trust is enough. Essential character one business owner should have are correct management philosophy, values, and full authorization.
