Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 93 === Due to the change of business environment, the tendency in manufacturing industry is the combination of multi-region multi-order and multi-product. In this status, it becomes a sign cant topic to strengthen the ability and the flexibility responding the demand of customers. We apply six different methods to simulate the situations in the different product types, different orders and different due date. The methods include Earliest Due Date(EDD), Shortest Processing Time(SPT), Critical Ratio (CR), Random Select(RS), Critical Ratio And Weighted Order(CR_O) and Urgent And Important Rule(UI). According to the preceding methods we sort the orders in first stage. Secondly, the orders will be grouped according the basis of the minimum cost including producing, delaying and working in overtime. We provide the optimal combination in environment of the various products. Heedfully, the decision maker in a company can get the best strategy from our conclusion.
