Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 93 === ‘Discontinuity phenomenon’ has captured the attention of numerous researchers and economists recently. It is observed that the time for most enterprises experiencing glorious to bankrupt shorter than ever before. It seems to imply that enterprises must establish the abilities to innovate creatively and react rapidly while facing the intense competitive environment and fast changed marketing. This research analyzes the discontinuity phenomena and potentially corresponding examining tools for domestic golf club-head manufacturers. The results obtained are further discussed by utilizing the concept proposed by economist Joseph Schumpeter. This research concludes that the golf club-head manufacturers had experienced the discontinuity phenomena in the past thirty years, especially in the domain of “creation of new markets”, “creation of new technologies”, “creation of new forms of industrial organization”, and “creation of new wealth goods”.
