Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東師範學院 === 教育行政研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the related situation between Concerns-Based Adoption Model and Economic Education Curriculum in 1st-9th grades curriculum alignment among the elementary school teachers.
Furthermore, the differences and relationships between Approaches to Teaching and Learning and Teachers ’Stages of Concern and Levels of Use of Economic Education Curriculum among various backgrounds of elementary school teachers were analyzed.
The method used was quantitative research and the elementary school teachers
in Ping-Tung were the population, the samples were randomly selected. In total, 660 teachers from 41 schools were surveyed in the research, using” Stages of Concern Survey Questionnaire” and” Levels of Use Survey Questionnaire” and “Approaches to Teaching and Learning Survey Questionnaire ”as the tool and processing the data by the SPSS-for-windows 8.0 software with statistical methods, description statistics, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and so on.
The major findings were as follows:
1.Teachers'' Stage of Concern of Economic Education Curriculum was “Consequence”. There were significant differences in intensity of Stage of Concern among years of service and school sizes.
2. Teachers'' Level of Use of Economic Education Curriculum was “Orientation”. There were significant differences in intensity of Level of Use among school sizes and educational backgrounds.
3. The degree of teachers'' Approaches to Teaching and Learning in 1st-9th grades curriculum alignment is medium and high level; high level is about 87 percent.
4. There were significant simple correlations between “Approaches to Teaching and Learning in 1st-9th grades curriculum alignment” and “the intensity of various stages of concern ”.
5. There were significant simple correlations between “Approaches to Teaching and Learning in 1st-9th grades curriculum alignment” and “the intensity of Refinement and Integration and Renewal levels of use”
6. There were significant simple correlations between “various stages of concern” and “various levels of use”.
Finally, based on the findings of the study, several recommendations for school and educational administration, teachers themselves and future research were proposed.
