Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所在職專班 === 93 === This research adopts the qualitative study, with document analysis and semi-structured interview, to understand the strategies applied in three social welfare groups, Tzu-Chi Foundation, Children Are Us Foundation and Faith, Hope & Love Center, and how they pursue the innovation and change in management. The conclusion manifests as below:
1.Development of shared vision is based upon the leaders’ ideas and beliefs in social welfare groups; on the contrary, one is shared and developed by members’ participation through the team learning in learning organizations. There is obvious difference between two.
2.Implementation of shared vision counts on whole systematic thinking, pondering over the cause and effect of problems with the members’ recognition and devotion.
3.Members of small groups will join team learning in accordance with their interests and specialty and can surmount, realize oneself, all strength getting united.
4.The thinking way of social welfare and market operation will be the best policy and the only effective means for non-profit organizations.
The following suggestions are made with the conclusion:
1.The shared vision, motive force and practice ability of the social welfare groups can run for the reference of the business circles.
2.The essence of life and boundary, regarding love as management and giving up as system in the religious social group as the religious one, will be a learning model in future.
3.To develop the vision by learning organization can support the social welfare groups to survive in the uncertain environment.
4.The social welfare group hopes to develop the vision upon good strategies and action strength.
5.The public organization or government unit should hold more seminars or workshops for social welfare groups to promote the professional knowledge and skill of non-profit organization for the two-way communication, to meet the real demand of the society.
6.The social welfare group is for the purpose of showing loving care for others, developing their shared vision. The further study is encouraged upon the above theory.
