碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 溝通障礙教育研究所 === 93 === The Development of Hearing Aid Satisfaction Inventory and the Investigation in Relative Factors of Hearing Aid Satisfaction Yi-Chi Lo Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a hearing aid satisfaction inventory and to find relative factors of hearing aid satisfaction. Subjects are 30 first-time hearing aid users who are post-lingual hearing impairment. Results showed： 1. The hearing aid satisfaction inventory has good internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability, and validity. 2. Three single-item satisfaction scores（SS、ASS、SSS）are higher than the global satisfaction score of inventory. The correlations among these scores are positive（p<.05）. 3. In terms of user-related factors, self-perceived hearing handicapped , difficulty of hearing aid usage correlated with the global satisfaction score . 4. For hearing aid-related factors, benefit, and price of hearing aid correlated with the global satisfaction score. 5. Three factors predicted 46.1% of variance in the of global satisfaction score of inventory. Those factors are hours of daily use, difficulty of hearing aid usage and features of hearing aid.
