碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 性別教育研究所 === 93 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to explore the participates male and female genders of volunteer services in National Tainan Social Education Hall, in order to understand to related factors, such us gender, family and job, of the volunteers’ motivation, Above all the author seeks to find if there is any difference between e sex role and phenomenon of sex segregation. Hopefully, this research will be useful and helpful for later recruiting and training volunteer works. The researcher conducts this study with toe method of qualitative, by interview 20 volunteers .The primary discovery is as in the following: 1、 The volunteer service is under the influence of sexual division of labor. 2、 The service location of the female volunteer worker is limited and influenced by the household chores and transportation; but not male volunteer worker. 3、 The gender interaction in the volunteer service place： （1）The participated gender population of the organization influences the gender difference of volunteer workers. （2）For ministrant candidate, most people subconsciously choose female volunteer workers for consultation. （3）The gender characteristic is constructed and replicated duty the work of volunteer service. （4）The female volunteer worker inclines to look for same sex, to worker t. The social standard on volunteer duty to serve develop into types: the defensive and the morals. （5）The ministrant way results differently because of different gender communication. （6）The sexual division of labor influences the time allotment of volunteer workers. （7）Because of the arrangement of area, flowing population characteristic and time difference, the space on duty turns into different sex segregation regions.
