Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 化學系 === 93 === 1, 1’ –binaphth-2-ol (BINOL) is used for asymmetric auxiliary agent or catalysis Diels-Alder, ene reaction, epoxide ring-opening of selection reduction of ketone and molecule recognition.
Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) can be made by using non-covalent and covalent bonding of template. Non-covalent MIP is composed of mainly of functional monomer and template. Besides, it can react with a crosslinker to form crosslinking. Covalent MIP is a covalent chemical compound which is made up of function monomer and template. Putting it and crosslinker together also causes crosslinking.
This study was to prepared (R)- and (S)-BIONL as templates to synthesize these two kinds of MIP. These MIPs were tested by using HPLC method as column absorbents for separation of chiral BINOL (R- and S-). The results showed that MIPs made by MAA, TRIM, and CH2Cl2 were suitable for absorbents of HPLC column.
