The fourteen sulfonamides to be analyzed were sulfanilamide, sulfacetamide, sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole, sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine, sulfamethizole, sulfameter, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfachloropyridazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfisoxazole, sulfadimethoxine, sulfaquinoxaline sodium salt. The study evaluated the optimal conditions of SPE conditions (sorbent , sample pH value, and the acid adding of the sample solution) and HPLC analyis conditions.The optimal conditions determined were applied to the real ham sample analysis. It is found that by using the developed method. The detection limit (LOD) were 0.2-0.7ppb, and precision is good. When it was used to detect fourteen sulfonamide in ham, we find all sulfonamides have good recovery (81-100%) except sulfanilamide (49%), so we can use simple calibration curve to quantify.
