And it also studies students and teachers feelings and opinions toward the apparatus as a media to promote microscale chemical experiment. The study objects are students of three classes of second grade in three different junior high school in downtown Kaohsiung as well as the chemistry teachers who conduct the chemical lessons. There are one hundred and eleven people in total. The research method is to conduct experiments first and then to analyses students’questionnaires in percentage. Questionnaires for teachers will be epitomized and analyzed by interpretation. The results of the research are here below: 1. Students enjoy testifying what they have learnt from books by doing experiments and to arise their interest. 2. Comparing to traditional experiment lessons, it s safer and easier to access the materials and user friendly, lower pollution and environmental friendly. Also, the result of the experiment is more obvious. 3. After experiencing the microscale experiments, most of the students consider the microscale experiment is more interesting than the experiments on the textbooks and they also believe it s more helpful to understand hydrogen. Therefore, teachers can utilize the microscale experiment to assist conducting lessons, and to offer opportunity to students to experience the pleasure of experiment and to develop students’interest of studying science. 4. Teachers all believe that microscale experiment is surely helpful to promote studetns’ interest and to decrease problems while conducting experiment.
