Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 93 === This thesis is to study in morale and job satisfaction of team workers of Public Health Center . The three purposes are: (1) to find out how strong the team workers’ morale is and how much they value their job; (2) to find out how the variables of team workers’ social-economic background influence their morale and satisfaction; (3) to study the correlation of team workers’ job morale and job satisfaction. Starting from the literature review, the researcher firstly collected extensive information to be analyzed then designed a special questionnaire –“The Survey Questionnaire of team workers’ Morale and Job Satisfaction” as the means of the study. After pretest, data analyses, factor analyses and validity analyses, totally 230 questionnaires were sent out to the team workers of Public Health Center in Kaohsiung County and 190 of them were valid samples. Through data analyses, the main findings are:
1.The social-economic background of team workers is very similar and highly concentrated.
2.Most of the team workers’ morale is strong.
3.Most team workers are fair satisfied with their job.
4.Even with different gender, education and marriage team workers varied little in morale.
5.The data analyses showed a significant difference in team workers’ morale with their age and years of working.
6.Team worker expressed little difference in job satisfaction with their different gender and marriage .
7. The data analyses showed a significant difference in team workers’ job satisfaction with their age,education and years of working.
8.The correlation between team workers’ morale and job satisfaction is high.
