It aims at reducing the level of stocks and offering the efficient allocating to both sides of supply and demand. In a supply chain system, the prompt supply policy must regard time as the planning foundation to link purchasing and producing with the marketing activity together closely perfectly. It is a important key of enterprises to march toward the globalization market and also an important subject for research to supply chain management. For the fever of E-business strategies and the rising of home distribution in the 21st century, the logistics industry in Taiwan grows vigorously. Logistics owners under being meticulous assistance in government economic and financial department, devoted to integrate with information, product, service, financial, and knowledge flows. They send products to consumer with the correct quantity, proper quality, in the correct place and accurate time, and in the most low cost under with a competition environment. But wholly in supply chain systems, layers of layers of supplier may cause a suddenly high or low production problem (Bullwhip Effect) just for the short life cycle and fast customer reaction of the terminal products. On the other hand, there is a corresponding relationship of trade-off with distribution cost and storage expenditure. It is so important to adopt the strategies such as postponing tactics, economic order quantity, dynamic stock etc. and strengthen the necessary prompt delivery. This could meet and satisfy the materials demand which is continuously unstable, and is the exactly primary task of supply chain inventory management. This study probes into and analyses the current job flow of the material supply department of the Southern Branch of Chunghua Telecom and brings up improving suggestions. Then it makes use of the experiment of Operation Research, to plan the linear programming procedures to make mathematical calculations for the relevant data that are supplied. The study also discuss with daily control items which is on high value, overstocked and special project that must be controlled. Then it carries on studying the direct or indirect prompt delivery to the demand of the operating office, and set up various kinds of stock tactics and to setting up the optimized supply chain inventory model for the company.
