the level of service too that the customer considers when they were purchased the
motorcycle. In supplying the operation of the chain, after customer's order demand is
assigned, offered to original supplies , manufacturer by supplier and produced
semi-manufactured goods and final products, and distributor and retailer is it get final
products customer of the hand , in order to meet customer's demands to transport. The
incorporated business is facing the changeable market, the quality of its service
satisfaction becomes the key factor of enterprise's success or failure.
The study illustrates that the whole supply chain system only include the parts of
motorcycle supplier, the distribution center, downstream distributors and retailers.
The first echoes supplier provides every kind of materials to the retailer whom needs
these materials, the distribution center saves the materials of motorcycle parts on the
second echoes and the retailers on the third echoes transfer the parts which have been
completed to the final customers on time. The study has sat motorcycle supplies part ,
supplying under network structure of the chain and order demand information, and
can be limited with handing in time limit and making of the order according to
supplying the chain network. Reach whole total cost minimum goal, it determines to
be in short supply the least to publish order but whole total cost minimum plan.
It is an important thing whether the service levels could be satisfy customers
after a motorcycle have sold. On the other hand, when thing about how to reduce the
cost in short supply to raise quality satisfaction, it must is store increase of cost can a
large amount of influence increase of total cost to consider too.
