This study aims at treating the wastewater of rolling process to demulsify, by physical, chemical and electrostatic-heating process, it would decrease the oil of the wastewater which contains emulsification、COD、SS, so that to decrease the environmental shock and the processing cost. Here are the following results: *The emulsifying wastewater of middle pollution in different processes if only use physical treatment-aeration, the result of demulsification is not good. *The wastewater of middle pollution in different processes if only use chemical treatment after physical treatment, the result of demulsification is better. *The wastewater of heavy pollution treat by chemical coagulant addition after electro-coagulation, the value of pH is between 5~8、the removal efficiency of SS and COD are both 99.9%. *The wastewater of heavy pollution in different value of Ph after treat by chemical coagulant addition after electro-coagulation, the removal of Sludge ratio is increase by the increase of pH. *The wastewater of heavy pollution treat by chemical coagulant addition after electro-coagulation, the SS and COD of some samples as well as accord to the standard of wastewater treatment plant which excess the “Effluent Standard”. The suggestion of this study admit feasibility process will reduce the operation cost about 1 million NTD monthly; the annual saving can invest the equipments.
