The Important Influence Factors of Construction Safety for Building Industry in Taiwan

碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 營建工程所 === 93 === According to the statistical data of Council of Labor Affairs Executive Yuan Taiwan R.O.C , the injured incident cases in labourer's job of building industry of Taiwan is higher than the whole other Taiwan industries from 1988 to 2002. From the safe reason happening of definition and accident, the research finds 31 important factors that are from the duty calamity state of building industry and characteristic of building industry of Taiwan in the recent years, and construction safety of building industry study of foreign countries. These 31 important factors are proved by some expert's questionnaire investigation. Since system dynamics method is good at solving the characteristic of the periodic problem and building cause and effect feedback, the research successfully uses the method and put in the above 31 important factors to draw the figure of the cause and effect feedback of building construction safety of Taiwan. By three building sites, the research finds that the “building company of paying attention to the degree of safety ”has the strengthening effect of constructing safety, but otherwise “Profit” and “Working Safety Insurance” have the weakening effect of constructing safety.
