| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 93 === Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are enterprise-wide in scope, ERP system are sets of integrated applications that can provide a total solution to an organization’s information system needs by addressing a large proportion of business and production functions that including financial, accounting, manufacturing management, supply chain and client information. They support a process-oriented view of business as well as business processes standardized across the enterprise.Most enterprises have realized that the benefits of ERP system implementation are significant and have implemented ERP system.
This study cites technology acceptance model to develop our model and uses multiple case studies as our research method. In our research, we choose two of four cases of semiconductor industry and others steel company that have implemented ERP system.In the result, we find that (1)How contingency factors will influence the acceptance of ERP system.(2)Both ERP’s implemented time and characteristics of industriy are important factors for exploring the influence of acceptance and efficacy of ERP System.(3)There are many differencies between ERP’s predicatable benefits and actual benefits. The four cases data gathered will yield the rich result of interdisciplinary and will continue to enhance the cumulative tradition in IT Field.
