In recent years, because the rise of the wireless network, cell phone of base station increases, it results in society no matter in information transmitting, customer service…etc. also has already begun to move towards mobile operation gradually.
It is the most important to improve quality and performance in medical care, the medical emergency care service is emphasized at the speed more extraly. Saves time, accelerates speed of sending to hospital, undoubtedly it can increase more health and safe for the patient in the first-aid process. With the fastest time, most correct patient's symptom information will be transmitted to medical personnel's location that has become task of top priority.
In the study, we focus on discussing how to make the best of mobile device to design and use the emergency care system, and in the hope of reaching and shortening whole first-aid time, change the general first-aid process step, increase the performance of the first-aid process, and guarantee that patient’s health. In the emergency care system of the construction, in Client, suppose the ambulance as the real environment for use, and adopt mobile device PDA, match the emergency care system developed via Personal Java as the mobile platform, after finishing triage, store it into XML file and transfer it to Server. In Server, suppose that Server locates in the emergency room of the hospital, adopt the PC as patient's information system of back end, and design the XML file’s valid program, XML file that will accord with DTD file of design of this research and if the file is valid, it’ll be stored in the MySql database. emergency care system’s transmit simulation environment, regard wireless network as media of transmitting, in this system’s purpose is to let ambulance transport from patient to hospital on the way, can utilize PDA device transfer information to emergency room of the hospital, make the medical personnel prepare the medical apparatus and make the diagnosis of patient symptom tentatively in early, saves the procedure time of first aid effectively.
Using the emergency care system is hoped to improve effectively or even auxiliarily change the procedure step of first aid, and save first-aid time, and bringing benefit for the medical circle of first aid.
