| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險所 === 93 === This thesis introduces the legal liability risks for enterprise research, development, market and selling conducts, such as infringing on other’s intellectual property rights, violating the competition regulations, or encroaching on customers’ rights. After having an understanding of these legal liability risks, this thesis focuses on the civil compensation liability of the punitive damages and strict liability, and then researches the insurability of them with liability insurance. And the least, this thesis makes a case study of economic espionage issue between Yuen Fong Paper Company and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, and finds some legal risk management strategies to prevent these legal liability risks from happening and deduce loss severity. Hopefully it will help the enterprises to manage its legal risk both in advance and afterward.
