There is no mechanical connection between driving shaft and driven shaft so that the device would slip while overload for avoiding the damage of parts. High performance permanent magnet is the key of this device, which is made of neodymium, iron, and boron. In the research, three magnets of different magnetism were analyzed by EDAX and showed that magnet contains neodymium, iron, and boron…etc. Therefore, the component of magnet was confirmed to be NdFeB rare-earth permanent magnet. Making an experiment on it to observe the distributed situation by SEM micrographs and analyze all kinds of magnetic properties. Meanwhile, testing the rotation speed and torsion of distance between each other, and further to calculate the transmit rate. As the experiment shows that more expended distance, the smaller transmit rate of magnet. On the other hand, magnetic force has an inverse-square correlation with the distance by Coulomb’s magnetic law. The primary information establishing will be the reference to ulterior study and apply the system broadly to any other areas by means of previous researches of the experiment to Magna Drive Transmission.
