In recent years, the Information on internet will be rapidly grown. As we known, the environment of Internet can be viewed as the completeness and interoperability today and the massive information was waited to be mined until now. Besides, the wired equipments or the wireless equipments were developed so fast and they had made people not be restricted by time and space. Hence, how to mine and share the available knowledge for the different mobile devices will be the main purpose of this research. In this research, we intended to establish an across platform system with the property of resource integration. The users can get the necessary knowledge via using such system without the limitation of time, space and equipments. In addition, we also apply the concept of virtual community on internet into constructing our prototyping system. Using virtual community framework will make the members and managers to share their information, filter the knowledge and achieve the purpose of learning anywhere. As for the solution of mechanism on the across platform, we will use the common ability (i.e. web browsing) to build such system prototyping under the consideration of the different operation system. Finally, we also provide an illustrative knowledge learning system to demonstrate the performance and rationality of our proposed platform system with the property of resource integration.
