Meanwhile, we selected the Chung-Yuan elementary school Tao-Yuan county to be object of study to focus on understanding the conception and character of school building for planning and designing, development and operation systems and then surveyed the current situation of school building and the degrees of user’s satisfaction, also analyzed the various influence factors of the difference between the buildings' blueprint and the structure. Not only to give Chung-Yuan elementary school the specific suggestions in accordance with the results of this study, also to provide some opinions for prospective new developments; reconstructions and other researchers! The following generalized conclusions and specific suggestions are according to this study: Generalized conclusions: 1. The structure of Chung-Yuan elementary school has materialized by the work group of Chung-Yuan elementary school. 2. The operation systems of Chung-Yuan elementary school is a great model for affective integration and high quality. 3. The users highly commended the school because of satisfaction, but they also gave the suggestions to improve. 4. The superficial measure of area; budget funds and the changed norms are the main influence factors of the difference between the buildings' blueprint and the structure. 5: The system way of ”post-evaluation” can be an assistance to fulfill the ideals and continue the lives. Specific suggestions: 1.The specific suggestions for the building developments of Chung-Yuan elementary school include: To apply the colorful theories in order to strong the space imagination; to enhance the facility of application by way of utilizing the space, to set up the criteria of systems for classifying the space, to improve the physical surrounding of audio, temperature and so on, to green the campus and enrich the nature environment, to set up multi-function and compound space for instruction, to apply the history of school buildings and ”post-evaluation” to boost management and conservation . 2. The specific suggestions for higher level of administrative organizations government include: Fully organize the group to construct the plans of schools, Make sure to add more budget funds to build the Schools, and also impart experience to increase constructers' professional capacity. 3. The specific suggestions for the other prospective researches: The researching ambits can be expanded, subject contents can be deepened, and also to discuss the connected subjects.
