From classroom management to explore empowerment: A collaborative action.
‘Empowerment’ is a major topic of study in current education reform of Taiwan, which is an important approach to promote teacher’s professional performance. The purpose of research was associated with researcher, fourth grade guidance teacher, practice teacher, staff and stakeholder of other. Adopt action to solve disorder problem from classroom activities, which according work in collaboration aim to improve effect of classroom management; to assist student achieve the goal of learn and growth; to arrive ideal of empowerment with participator. Observe and recode the circumstances from research progress, awareness of empowerment. Reflect the transition which researcher aware change of empowerment. The effectiveness provides to reflect on use of power in practice progress, to achieve, to emancipate the ideal of empowerment.
