Adopt action to solve disorder problem from classroom activities, which according work in collaboration aim to improve effect of classroom management; to assist student achieve the goal of learn and growth; to arrive ideal of empowerment with participator. Observe and recode the circumstances from research progress, awareness of empowerment. Reflect the transition which researcher aware change of empowerment. The effectiveness provides to reflect on use of power in practice progress, to achieve, to emancipate the ideal of empowerment.
