This research adopts the literature review and content analysis . Research object is "Healthy education","morals and health","the health and athletics","the citizen and morals","home economics" textbook of the primary and junior high schools at 1972-2005. According to the content analysis,and adopting the literature review the related influence factor. Inducing the conclusion explains as follows: 1.Discuss for the whole quantity The sex education knowledge of primary and junior high schools contain gradual augmentative trend. 2.Distribute the comparison discussion for the category (1)The main category of the sex education knowledge is known as the majority of the marriage and the family in the healthcurriculum in the elementary school, sex and social culture are least.(2)The healthcurriculum in the elementary school each kind of category has to distribute the average and diverse trend gradually.(3)The sex education knowledge category takes mankind development as at most in the junior high school health curriculum ,citizen and morals curriculum, the home economics curriculum , sex and social culture are least .(4)The junior high school health curriculum ,citizen and morals curriculum ,the home economics curriculum each kind of points have to distribute the average trend gradually. (5)The content of grow system and physiology to edit according to the elementary school curriculum standard in 1993 of “the morals and health” is most detailed.(6)The part of the comity is then increased the content of "the opposite sex comity" by "have no comity of dividing into the sex" of earlier period.(7)Start appearing the content of sexual harassment and sexual harassment after 1993 elementary school curriculum standard.(8)The Nine-Year Educational Program beginning even values the appointment, in love with etc. topic.(9)The content of the marriage and family is been many family type of the appearanceses by the core family change, however present to still regard the core family as principle in the picture, and marriage of content by present the happy family to turn only and increase the choice and the adjustment of the divorce.(10)The sex role by have "the sex stereotype" change as "the sturdy and graceful double turns the role".(11)Most of the sex education in the textbook explains with the western medical science angle, Nine-Year Educational Program behind just increase few Chinese medicine standpoints. 4. The factor that influences the sex education development has three:The national policy and law establish the influence for causing、the influence that the women exercise、Initiate the influence . Finally the basis studies to find, to the teaching material and will study to put forward the concrete suggestion in the future.
