Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 國防決策科學研究所 === 93 === At present, the dispute and struggle between Taiwan and mainland China are originated in lacking mutual trust of these two governments. Besides, excepting the political interference, there are so many uncertain elementary in the real situation. This thesis is based on that Taiwan would like to attend CSCAP to analyze the situation of CBMs among CSCAP. Especially, I would like to focus on the two dimensions of the cooperation in Maritime affairs and anti-transnational crime, and employing this two dimensions to study that the CBMs between Taiwan and mainland China will be constructed for the future. The most important key point in this thesis is that it very different from the study of military CBMs, and focus on studying some general affairs in the cross strait, especially people’s general affairs. Based on the above basis, Taiwan and mainland China can build strong mutual trust in order to assure our country’s security and interest that is the most vital things in this theis.
