As a result, our dependence on the information technology also increases with each passing day. Educational system can't avoid following the pulsation of the times to apply the information technology into its teaching method and technique. It makes E-learning, which can spread outwardly through internet's far-reaching quality, become increasingly important. Learners can be free from the time or space restrict to obtain the knowledge they need. The knowledge delivering mode has been changed from the tradtional classroom tuition inclining to the personalization development little by little.
The thesis begins from the discussion of web teaching, SCORM (the Sharable Content Object Reference Model) 2004, individually learning activities and the related software technique, etc. Through comparision and analysis of the pertinent system platform and the software also by the integration procedure and system management work, the personalization network learning system embryo that works in common environment is derived. The embryo not only can provide standard learning management function through the SCORM 2004 Sample Run-time Environment; by the integrated SharePoint Services, it also has various functions to assist learning such as the announcement column and the discussion area, etc. In addition to identify the result of developing the personalization learning system, the research process also contributes to the feasibility of devloping low cost system. It is hoping to provide further reference for the subsequent similar work.
