That is also has an influence with quality of service of base stations. In general, we estimate performance of base stations by means low or high of new calls block rate and handoff calls drop rate. When total communication requirements are larger than total channels, the congestion happen and all communication services will be interrupted. Therefore, how to efficiently allocate channel resources and property base station location is the most important issue. The objective of this study is to promote rate of use channels in base stations. It is based on setting in advance to simulate the operation of base stations by means of call admission control (CAC) mechanism, fixed channel assignment, and dynamic channel assignment. For dynamic channel assignment, we use dynamic channel allocation based on distance to simulate the operation of base stations. Finally, we use the simulation results to compare the performance of two types call admission control mechanism within property base station location. Fu Chen-Hua 傅振華 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
