The results demonostrated that transformational leadership is positively relate to subordinate creativity and self-efficacy. Second, Self-efficacy is positively relate to subordinate creativity. Third, job complexity don’t show significant moderating effect. Finally, according to the results to provide some useful suggestions to practitioners and researches.
