Furthermore, to discuss the moderating effect of job complexity. Based on 325 data, and using LISREL to analysize data. The results demonostrated that transformational leadership is positively relate to subordinate creativity and self-efficacy. Second, Self-efficacy is positively relate to subordinate creativity. Third, job complexity don’t show significant moderating effect. Finally, according to the results to provide some useful suggestions to practitioners and researches.
