The sub- ordinate who was high-actively-participation type in the level of trust- worthiness to the supervisor was higher than the subordinate who was low- actively-par- ticipation type. 3. The subordinate who was high-actively-partic- ipation type in the level of trustworthiness to the supervisor who was delega- tion style was higher than the subordinate who was low-actively-participation type in the level of trustworthiness to the supervisor who was autocratic style. 4. The subordinate who was high-independent-thinking type in the level of trust- worthiness to the supervisor who was delegation style was higher than the subordinate who was low-independent-thinking type in the level of trust- worthiness to the supervisor who was autocratic style. 5. The level of trust- worthiness to supervisor was positive related to the level of liking for supervi- sor, the level of liking for supervisor was positive related to the level of obedi- ence to super- visor. The implications for managerial practices on the findings of this study were provided to supervisor who should adopt opinions of subor- dinates while making decision in the meeting, and admonish them of their necessary direction by understanding subordinate characteristics. Finally, the supervisor would win subordinates’ confidence, liking, and obedience. HSIN-HSIN LO 羅新興 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 50 zh-TW
