Formerly regarding D.C. CAPS storage plan question. Mostly discusses Pick-to-light commodity storage plan. As for Put-to-light, Not only commodity storage also must plan customer storage. In the past research, the commodity storage plan method had COI、order quantity, order frequency. However actually must again consider the retail sales storage plan method in put-to-light, therefore this research provides several plans ways in view of the retail sales storage plan to match commodity storage. In addition, this research simultaneously is considering the commodity and under retail sales storage, develops heuristic storage to appoint to develop algorithm --- Butterfly Storage Location Assignment Planning (BSLAP). This method first plans commodity storage, then depends on the commodity storage plan result to plan customer storage, again depends on the customer storage plan result to plan commodity storage afterwards. This develops the algorithm the goal to lie in causes picking to move is away from slightly. The present paper quite heuristic simulates the method to appoint the method with other storage, finally demonstrated BSLAP the storage plan indeed has a better effect.
