Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to use the lyrics of Chinese pop music to be a material of bibliotherapy and to apply the concept of the gender affective instruction. The target population of this study was as defined as the students of Hualien business vocational school and the material of the study was the lyrics of Chinese pop music. The courses of the study were designed by psychological process of bibliotherapy, including recognition, examination, juxtaposition, and application to self in order to realize the effects of the courses to vocational students. The attitude effects of gender relationship include feeling, behavior, communication, experience, esteem, the sex-role stereotype and etc. The Scale of Self Attitude and The Scale of Peer Attach were used in this study. Besides employing the quantitative research, the qualitative and interview data were also the supplement. The findings of the study were showed as follow: (1) Analyzing the data by T-test, the students were significant enhancing on the scale of self- attitude. And the students didn’t show immediate significant improvement on the scale of peer attach including “trust,” “communication,” and “estrangement” (2) The students of the study liked the courses of gender relationship by listening to Chinese pop music. And the students had better appreciation on the selected Chinese pop music and learning the affective connotation. (3) According to the interviews to the students and their teacher, the courses of gender affective instruction had some effect for students. Finally, based on the results, the effect analysis of gender affective instruction in Chinese pop music was discussed and suggested for teachers, educators, and further researchers.
