Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 93 === Abstract In situ polymerization of aniline in graphite is a new method for enzyme modified carbon paste electrodes preparation. The electrodes were prepared by mixing the aniline monomer, enzyme, graphite powder and mineral oil, then polymerized electrochemically using of Cyclic Voltametry. Three difference paste electrodes were studied as follow: (1) In situ polymerization of polyaniline(PAn)electrode for hydrogen peroxide analysis:The limit of detection(LOD)was 10μM (S/N≧3)and the linearity from 0.01 to 0.2 mM(R2=0.9995)was obtained for hydrogen peroxide analysis. (2) In situ polymerization of PAn/glucose oxidase(GOD)electrode for glucose analysis:The LOD was 1 mM(S/N≧3)and the linearity from 1 to 50 mM(R2=0.9875)was observed for glucose analysis. The glucose oxidase releasing during operation was dramatically drecrease using PAn/GOD electrodes. (3)In situ polymerization of PAn/GOD/dimethylferrocene(DMFc)electrode for glucose analysis:The LOD was 10μM(S/N≧3)and the linearity from 0.01 to 10 mM(R2=0.993)was obtained for glucose analysis. The operational stability is improved in this electrode.
