Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 93 === The main purpose of this research is to explore the progress that teachers of Nan-Shi Elementary School put integrating information technology into teaching on Social Studies into practice, which carries out teachers’ teaching performance evaluation at the same time, to make a thorough inquiry on the effects toward students’ learning and the professional competence of teachers’ teaching. The researcher takes focus groups interviews as the main method, and document collection and analysis as the subsidiary, to contribute the completeness of research. The result is that, in this research, teachers of the Nan-shi teaching group develop the characteristics of information technology on the progress of teaching planning, teaching preparation, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation, and teaching feedback, to integrate with Social Studies, which has the positive effect on students’ learning interest, learning participation, learning result, and uplifts the learning result of students. On the other hand, carrying out teachers’ teaching performance evaluation at one time has a positive effect on the competences of teachers’ teaching designs, teaching practice, and making use of information technology. Teachers of Nan-Shi Elementary School take a positive attitude toward carrying out teachers’ teaching performance evaluation and consider it as a professional way that contributes teachers to participate in teaching, and that uplifts the quality of teaching. The decisive point of integrating information technology into teaching is depending on teachers’ professional competence in teaching. By implementing teachers’ teaching performance evaluation, it would improve teachers’ professional development, teaching ability and impress students’ learning results. Therefore, carrying out “Integrating Information Technology into Teaching” and “Teaching Evaluation of Integrating Information Technology into Teaching” synchronous can be concrete tactics of Grade 1-9 Curriculum and teaching.
