碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 家庭教育研究所 === 93 === Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among mother’s parenting stress, coparenting and personality in two parents families. The subjects were 792 mothers, whose children studied in elementary schools located in Yulin County. The total samples are 792 mothers. Mother’s Parenting Stress scale, Coparenting scale and Personality scale were used, and is analyzed with various methods of statistical analysis. The results are as following: 1. In sum, mothers feel low parenting stress. 2. The “communication” subscale of Coparenting and Personality have interaction effect on parenting stress. 3. The “trust and cooperation” subscale of Coparenting and Personality have interaction effect on parenting stress. 4. The “communication” subscale of Coparenting and ” numbers of children” have interaction effect on parenting stress. 5. The “trust and cooperation” subscale of coparenting and ”education level” have interaction effect on parenting stress. 6. The “trust and cooperation” subscale of coparenting and “ the pressure of financial” have interaction effect on parenting stress.. Finally, based on the findings, several suggestions for parents, social, policy, family practicians and future studies are provided.
