However, if for the purposes of creating art work, saving jobs and sharing ideas, the educational media combined with the progressive technology of internet play great tasks to provide students more interactive learning environment. Based on this, the researcher conduct this action research with the topic of "Our Art class " to teach students applying information bank system on the network to establish the learning profiles and to save students’ achievements such as art works. It also helped to assist students in a higher grade of an elementary school on vision art class to enjoy the art education. Moreover, it also could understand how teachers utilize learning profiles on the visual art in the network to conquer the difficulties including teaching these courses and establishing the network learning profiles to gain better learning outcomes and the values for the students. Seven categories could be included in this research. First, a well designed simulated classroom such as "Our Art class "could assist the students to create learning profiles. Second, it is effective to apply strategies of simulated classroom to help students to establish learning profiles. Third, it is valuable to create learning profiles on the internet and students also gain achievements by using this technology. Forth, in the points of evaluating the art work, it cost too much on time and financial factors. Fifth, students have positive points of view by using this technology to evaluate their art works. Sixth, students have positive points of view for the functions of the web technology. Seventh, the roles of the teachers could be transferred from instructors to consultants. Nine suggestions were also made by this research. First, it is important to promote teachers’ abilities on computer literacy and network management professions. Second, it is important to apply the internet as supporting tools appropriately to enrich students’ learning environment. Third, promote the level of computer equipments. Fourth, design appropriate instructions for students to learn. Fifth, the evaluative categories for the art class could emphasize both quantitative and qualitative items. Sixth, encourage students to learn self-directed learning styles. Seventh, encourage to form coordinative learning teams to the share professional knowledge. Eighth, the learning processing should be simplified. Do not make it too complicated. Ninth, encourage peer teachers to learn and to do more action research to find and solve problems on campus to create higher level teaching environment. Tenth, leads the patriarchal value correctly.
