Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 農學研究所 === 93 === This study selected 16 sets of variations for stable expansion, and obtained 105 polymorphic bands with reproducibility to establish profile markers for the pineapple accessions, and separate the accessions of Ananas comosus ( L.) Merr. It shows the potential of developing ISSR marker technology into a pineapple accession identification tool. The research results showed that if the Tainong species is hybridized with the Cayenne group as the female parent and the Queen group as the male parent, the species clustering results are leaned toward the clustering of male parent species. The endemic accessions of Taiwan in the Cayenne group include Wuci Hongpi, Wupi, and Huangpi, which are different in locations compared with the results of analysis results of other Cayenne groups.
