This paper develops program module by using Borland C++ Builder and Lex&Yacc. The work divides into two parts: the NC code translation module, and the DXF file transforming to processing formula module. It mainly translates NC code into DMC command by the NC code translation module. For example, the NC code translation module translates EXCELLON drilling formula into the hole position coordinates on print circuit board and then completes the drilling in the aching high density print circuit board by using PCB CO2 laser drilling machine. In order to achieve the integration CAD/CAM function, first establishes the cutting tool radius compensation module to cause between the cutting tool center path and the processing graph has as soon as the compensation. Next, this article develops a processing formula translation module. It is mainly for the DXF files to translate into processing formula and carries on the processing movement by using PCB CO2 laser drilling machine. After formula simulation and actual carries on the processing, it can complete the CAD/CAM integrated function and enhances working efficiency for PCB CO2 laser drilling machine.
