Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 93 === Under the age of knowledge-based economy as Peter F•Drucker’s predicting–knowledge will become the most important production factor﹒Thus﹐knowledge management has become one important management issue for enterprise﹒In knowledge management﹐knowledge sharing is not only the first step to create knowledge﹐but also the critical factor to affect success or failure﹒The key to implement the knowledge management is to bring knowledge sharing mechanism into full play﹒ Today multi-level marketing industry’s competition is not confined to the same industry﹒Facing competition multi-level marketing﹐ enterprises always think first to enhance the distributor’s ability because they stress on multiplication and duplication﹒Although the information technology is prospered﹐only a few multi-level marketing enterprises adopt the information technology to enhance the distributors’ ability﹒This study try to combine Case-Based Reasoning and personalized recommendation to help distributors to share information mutually using information technology and then immediately get the solutions of problems that they have met﹒Therefore the distributors can enhance their ability and the multi-level marketing enterprise also can improve their competition﹒
