When a buyer has a question, he has to leave some words on the auction page, and waits the seller to respond. This method will result in the long wait of a buyer, even the deal fail.
In this article, we will construct a auction page to function some speech sounds, and let the both sides to test this function. If the seller is online, the buyer can call him immediately; if not, he can leave a speech sounds message to him, the seller will answer when he had heard it. Besides, the seller can record a speech sounds for the product to let the buyer know more about it. Even the seller can record a self-introduction by using his creativity.
When the deal has done, the seller may send some e-mail about new products to the buyer. Traditionally, there are only words and pictures in the e-mail. In this article, we want to provide some information to the buyer, such as speech sounds billboard, product introduction, some discounts…etc.
We investigate several buyers and sellers by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to confirm this method will improve the desire of buyers.
