However, news of financial crisis in distress companies still exists around our surroundings. Financial crisis also makes investors loss and disturb financial market. This research purpose classifies the different sign of distress companies by analyzing factors of their history and searches an appropriate expert’s strategy by Delphi technique. With documentary retrospect, expert depth interview, and Delphi technique, this research collected 30 distress companies between 1997 and 2004 for case studies. According to this research, financial crisis and divided distress companies into six samples including bad performance in main business, too much investment, buying stock by co-company, cheat by hierarchy, fondness of stock market and losing of nitche market, and fault of operating derivatives. For predicting distress companies, the 31 warning indications, composed of 13 quantitative indications and non-quantitative indications, and 6 coping strategies were acquired by 27 financial experts.
