Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系所 === 93 === The purpose of this study is to explore special education school teachers’ opinion to construct a learning organization for the special education school. The data for this paper are obtained from 363 teachers whom are working in special education schools in Taiwan now. The instrument used in the paper is a questionnaire on “Special Education School Teachers’ Opinion to Construct a Learning Organization for the Special Education School” These collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The major findings in the research are given below: 1. The collected data indicate that the degree of most of the teachers’ perceived characteristics of learning organization of school was moderate, in which the level of " Personal Mastery " was the highest, while the one of " System Thinking " was the lowest. 2. There are two remarkable elements, teachers’ “seniority” and “present position”, which will influence their opinion to construct a learning organization for the special education school. Finally, according to results of this study, researcher provides some suggestions for school education, administration and the future study in the related field.
